Triceps are a relatively easy muscle group to exercise and can increase overall performance of shoulders and chest as you use your triceps with these muscles to perform there exercises, look at it this way a technique you push with will improve your triceps, a technique you pull with will improve your biceps. i.e. back exercises. Working on strength and power building exercises for triceps is the easiest and fastest way to improve the overall size of you arms as the tricep makes up about 80% of your upper arm.
