Here you will find a very limited collection of calf exercises. The calf muscles are the hardest place in the body to add muscle mass. Generally the only movement their is, is the calf raises. You would not construct an entire workout around the calf muscles, normally the calf raises are thrown into the end of a leg workout to finish. Cycling is also a good way to increase muscle mass and definition to the gastrocnemius muscles. We will be adding some creative ideas to this section in the next few weeks.
