Here you will find a large amount of techniques and differing exercises some involving equipment some not. Some intended for fitness training some for weight training. We are constantly updating this page so pop back from time to time.

You may notice that our techniques start with as little equipment as possible, as we understand that the majority of people don't have hundreds of pounds to spend on fitness and weight equipment, we have focused our efforts into making personal fitness as cheap as possible, but don't forget just because you may not be using expensive equipment is does not mean you can't get the same results as someone who does.

We have exercises ranging from fitness to weight techniques, including bicep techniques, tricep, shoulders, running, cycling and lots more. If you have any concern about attempting any of the exercises or techniques please contact one of our advisors.

A lot of the exercises in these pages are to be used in conjunction with our diet pages and training plans pages. Some additional equipment may be required such as weight lifting gloves and weight lifting belts.
