Cycling is usually the first thing people look at to either loss weight, it's not a bad place to start if you feel that you cannot handle running, but the majority of fitness professionals would consider cycling more of a maintenance exercise. Cycling will increase overall fitness levels, stamina, endurance and help develop the leg muscles such as the quadriceps and calf muscles. Also a great exercise for building up a sweat. Before starting any cycling workouts remember to stretch all of the leg muscles to prevent causing cramp or any other injuries. Please read our faq before attempting any of our fitness exercises.
