Fitness and Weight : Faq
Please read this faq before using any of the advice on this site, any kind of fitness or weight training can be extremly dangerous if not done properly. If you have any concerns regarding your health or physical condition we suggest consulting with your doctor before attempting any form of weight or fitness training.
If buying products through this site that we have recommended please be aware that at least one if not all our advisors have tryed each product at some point, but be aware just because one person has success with a product or piece of equipment it doesn't mean that you will. Everyone is different. Some exercises will yield better results for some than others, same thing with supplements. I.E Protein Shacks, Creatine, etc.
