Fitness And Weight: Diets for Weight/Fitness Training also Losing Weight.

Not everything in here should be taken as gospal. Catergories for diets has been broken down into two sections as there is a large difference between losing weight and gaining weight, these diets are to be used in conjuntion with our exercise regimes also with some of our recommended products.

The truth about weight loss diets is that it should not be a chore, changing your diet can be extremly hard work, we are not going to sugar coat it like some sites do, changing your diet is like changing your lifestyle, if you are looking for some quick fix diet pills that say you will lose weight in 5 days, look elsewhere, dieting properly and remaining healthy takes "time" and can not be done in 5 days, 5 months maybe but definitely not 5 days.

Serious dieting requires lots of calorie counting, carbohydrate counting and protein counting.

For weight gain start by weighing yourself first thing in the morning, then eat normally during the day, counting how many calories you eat, how many carbohydrates and how much protein. Depending on your weight you should be eating 2 grams of carbohydrate per pound and 1 gram of protein per pound. You diet should consist of fresh fruit, vegatables, fresh meat and general eating, try and avoid as much fat as possible.

If you are considering using one of our weight gain diets for aiding in weight training, be very cautious intentionally gaining weight can be very dangerous if you any concerns regarding weight gain contact one of our members or better yet contact your doctor.

Here we have diet plans that are to be used with our fitness and weight schedules, but they require dedication and hard work. Now decide which catergory you wish and proceed with your new diet.
