Please read our faq before attempting any kind of physical exercise as this contains important infomation regarding forms of fitness and weight training.

We are not going to charge for any of the infomation on this site as we feel it's not fair. It's your right to be healthy and in good physical shape. We will not flood our site with huge amounts of technical infomation that no one really understands. We are not going to bore you with the usually rubbish, this is a straight to the point site, just go to the page you want and get the raw infomation your looking for. No fuss!

Fitness and Weight is dedicated to all aspects of physical exercise, training and physical performance, if you feel that there is more we can do to improve out site just e-mail our site administrator. Find him under our contacts page.

Techniques - Here you will find a large array of techniques for different exercises, from weight training to fitness training. Each technique is accompaned by a description and photographs demonstrating how to perform the techniques correctly.

Plans - On our plans pages you will find different training schedules for weight training and fitness training, each plan is accompaned by a description and a diagram explaining how to start up your very own training schedule. Plans range from Beginners, Intermediates and upwards.

Products - Our products page has a range of different products for use in weight and fitness training, each product has a photo, brief description and a rating. The difference between our products pages and store pages is products on the products pages have been used or tested by at least one of our members.

Diets - Our diets pages contain infomation on having a proper diet, from three meals a day, to large weight gain diets, to fitness diets to help you loss weight. Our diets pages are ones that will be updated on a regular basis.

News - Our news pages contain infomation regarding updates to our site, where the updates have been made and links to them for easy access. We will also be notifying you of upcoming events in weight and fitness events. ie " Strongman events, Marathons, Karate Tournaments and anything else we can think of.

Store - On our store pages you will find a large amount of products to aid in fitness and weight training, prices range from very cheap upwards. I would just like to mention we have not filled our pages with any old items we could find, products under our store pages may not have been tested by us, but we always look for quality in our items.

Contact - Our contact pages have a list of members and contacts all specializing in different areas of fitness, weight training and different sporting events. You can contact our members for personal advice in whatever area you require it. Their are also spaces on our site for advertising.
